PRICING POLICY

Pricing Policy all products offered by Casley Creations are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to fulfill a request in whole or in part.Orders will be processed once payment has been confirmed. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Methods

We have a variety of secure payment options available for you.

  • Credit Card:We accept Mastercard & Visa online. Orders are processed immediately. This is the quickest way to receive your order & our most popular payment option. Fees apply

  • Pay Pal: We accept PayPal. Just tick this option on checkout and access your PayPal account through our website. Your payment will be processed immediately once we receive notification of your order. Should you log into your PayPal account via a generic pathway, we will require 2 business days to confirm and identify your payment. Please ensure you always use your invoice number so we can allocate it to the correct order.

  • Direct Deposit: We accept Direct deposits. Just select this option on checkout. Upon completion of the checkout process, you will receive our bank details on the emailed invoice, so you can simply transfer the order amount this bank account. Please ensure you that you use the invoice number as the reference during the transfer. No Fees apply for this payment method. Depending on your banks processing time, this can take up to 72 hours for us to receive payment.

  • Click and Collect Orders: Where Click & Collect is selected, and you have paid for your order online via credit card or you wish to pay cash or card at pick up all orders need to be collected from 1/182 Jull St Armadale WA within 5 business days. Local pick-ups that are subsequently requested to be despatched, may incur an addition handling fee. Orders not collected within this time may be cancelled, refunded and products returned to stock. (A restocking fee will be applied) Any order that has been picked up by yourself or your authorised person cannot be claimed as we take no responsibility for the way you have transported it. We encourage you to check all items before leaving the store. You will be notified via email or sms when your order is ready for collection.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be at the sole discretion of Casley Creations. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact Casley Creations to discuss the matter. We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind.

These options are in addition to your statutory rights described in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (CCA) and other applicable Australian consumer protection law and regulations.

Products need to be returned in their original packaging and condition. There are however some items that cannot be returned, including.

  • Waxes
  • Fragrances
  • Gift Cards
  • Custom Make products
  • Wicks

In the case of breakages, we do not resend items however a credit will be applied to your account that you can deduct from your next order. This is at the sole discretion of Casley Creations. A digital photo of the breakages must be sent to Casley Creations within 3 days of receipt of goods. Casley Candles will credit the cost of the damaged goods partially or fully, however we do not refund shipping costs. If you wish to return any items, please contact Casley Candles first. Any Goods that arrive back to us damaged or broken will be charge to you. Casley Creations will credit for damages sustained through transport with their chosen carrier. If you choose to use your own carrier, we will not accept responsibility for damages.

Please check all orders once you have taken delivery of them. If you notice any discrepancies, please contact Casley Creations. Please note there is a 4-day time frame that is considered reasonable and just for reporting any discrepancies in an order. It is the responsibility of the purchaser once they take possession of all goods to ensure their products are suitable for safe use.

All goods are sold on an as-is basis and Casley Creations does not make any guarantees or warranties on their quality. Although we will always try to represent our products true to their form, pictures of products on the website cannot reflect truly the quality or colour of the goods due to each piece being individual and many hand made. Products, including fragrances, Dyes, wax and made to order products, will vary in nature, quality and colour from shipment to shipment. They can also differ from their photo on the website.

Shipping/Delivery & Discrepancies

All orders are usually packed and booked for dispatch with in 24 to 48 hours of payment confirmation. We post with Australia Post and their processes are out of our control and may contribute to delivery times to be variable, tracking number will be supplied for you to confirmation on delivery times and date.

Please ensure your address for delivery is up to date and correct when placing your order, we take no responsibility for incorrect details. Please also ensure the “AUTHORITY TO LEAVE” is up to date as you may be charged for additional delivery costs with redelivery or returns.

Please note that you must notify us asap, but within 4 business days of receiving your delivery. However, mistakes can sometimes still occur. If you are missing products, please follow this process:

  • Double check all packaging materials
  • Check inside all boxes and internal boxes for small items.
  • Confirm no one else at your premises removed any item(s) without your knowledge.
  • Confirm that you have indeed received all boxes as per the consignment.
  • If you are sure that items are missing, please email casleycandlesandbathcreations@gmail.com with your order number and details which items are missing.

Your order will be packed again to determine the original order weight, this will be compared to the shipped weight on record. If the weight is the same, it confirms all items were originally shipped.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When you are shipping your return, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
